honestly at that point i was thinking of going in to use the bathroom and leaving. the manager came out and said well open the ticket thing in 15 mins, the more time you make me tell you the the longer its going to be. There were about 10 of us in front of the movie at a half hour before show time(the usual time Id like to be sitting in a movie theater) and some tween kids with their grandma started knocking on the window.
The manager and one ticket taker were the only people working.
It seems like the theater is in the toilet. Guess what, still had some sound issues that were corrected in the first 10 mins(the time before it was throughout the film). The last time I was in theater 5 we had sound problems(Batman Begins). Last week I went and saw 'The Incredible Hulk' in theater 5. The theater doesnt open as early as it used to(15mins before first show).
The seats are from the last time they re-did the theater(late 80s early 90s). My last experience was less than perfect to say the least. Ive lived in town my whole life (25 Years) this was the better of the two theaters actually in Rockville Centre.
